1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 99ld website located at 99ld.app and all services, features, content, and functionality offered by or through 99ld (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform, you enter into a binding agreement with 99ld and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in full.

99ld reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 99ld reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including proof of age, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To use the full features of the 99ld Platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of it changes. Registration of an account by a person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. 99ld will terminate any account found to belong to an underage user and will not return any funds deposited into that account.

99ld operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity, age, and payment methods of account holders. This process is a legal and operational requirement. You agree to co-operate fully with KYC requests within the timeframes specified by our support team. During the KYC process, 99ld may request the following:

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the 99ld Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under a false identity. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any funds within them may be forfeited.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or exploit any feature of the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated wagering strategies.
• Depositing, withdrawing, or otherwise transacting on the Platform using funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, errors, or glitches in the Platform software or in any game to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected bug will be voided and the account may be suspended.

99ld uses automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where evidence of prohibited conduct is found, 99ld will act promptly and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the Platform and the experience of legitimate players.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 99ld Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of 99ld or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 99ld. Unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of 99ld's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ld, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 99ld has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 99ld's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 99ld account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99ld does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures beyond our control, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or failure of third-party infrastructure providers. 99ld will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance and to restore service as quickly as practicable.
